Holly Young, NP is a nationally recognized aesthetic injector, educator, and the Founder & CEO of A Younger You Aesthetics in Powell, Ohio. With a passion for natural, confidence-boosting results, Holly blends advanced medical expertise with an artistic eye to create personalized treatment plans that enhance—not change—her patients’ unique features.
As a National Trainer and Speaker for Allergan Medical Institute and Co-Founder of The Aesthetic Academy of Ohio, she is dedicated to elevating the next generation of injectors through education, mentorship, and a philosophy of community over competition.
At the heart of everything Holly does is a simple belief: when people feel confident in their skin, it shows in every part of their life.

Courtney Arnold offers a wide range of treatments including Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Morpheus8, IPL/BBL, ResurFX, weight loss programs, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), microneedling, and skincare services.
She is also the Co-Founder of The Aesthetic Academy of Ohio.
Her favorite treatments to perform are Sculptra and Morpheus8, as they’re both excellent for stimulating collagen and delivering natural results. Her go-to treatment to receive is Botox.
Courtney’s passion lies in helping clients regain their confidence and feel great in their own skin.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. Whether they’re traveling or exploring new places around their city, they love making memories together. She's also a big fan of a good happy hour on a patio!

Alex is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of experience, specializing in infant care and women’s health. In recent years, she has focused on aesthetics and wellness, prioritizing natural results that are tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
She’s passionate about creating a calm, educational environment and values the relationships she builds with her clients. Her favorite treatment to provide is neurotoxin injections because of their quick and noticeable results.
Alex is excited to be part of the team at A Younger You and looks forward to supporting clients on their wellness journeys.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, and exploring new places with her family.

Kayla offers a wide range of services including Microneedling, Microneedling with PRP, DiamondGlow Facial, Geneo Facial, Chemical Peels, Dermaplane Facials, IV Hydration, Lab Draws, and Skincare Consults.
Her favorite treatment to give is Microneedling with PRP, and her favorite treatment to receive is Botox.
Kayla loves helping people feel confident and beautiful through her work.
Outside of work, she enjoys playing with her dog, reading, and decorating—which naturally includes shopping.

Hannah Sayers offers a wide range of services including Botox, TMJ pain relief, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Morpheus8, microneedling, IPL, ResurFX, laser hair removal, and a weight loss program.
Her favorite treatments to perform are Botox and Sculptra, and her favorite treatment to receive is also Botox.
Hannah enjoys customizing care and treatment plans to help each patient achieve their ideal aesthetic goals. She takes pride in helping patients feel confident and happy with their results.
Outside of the clinic, Hannah loves spending time with friends and family, going to live music events, and traveling—which is her absolute favorite pastime.
